AJ Physiotherapy Clinic

Welcome to AJ Physiotherapy Clinic. My Home Clinic is set in the beautiful village of Winscombe, which I have been fortunate to live in since 2006.

On arrival at the clinic you will be welcomed. A thorough history will be taken about your condition, along with some information about any medical conditions you may have and any medication you are currently on.

I will then look at your movements of the affected area and also areas that are linked. I will feel the movement of the affected joints, palpate the surrounding soft tissues and assess muscle strength.

I will explain what I find during the assessment and what I think is causing your pain and movement restriction. Please feel free to ask any of your own questions as well during the session.

Treatment will be explained and if you are happy a treatment will take place on your first session.

Where appropriate an exercise plan will be given to you and subsequent appointments made.
