Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates can be taught by attending a class or by attending a one to one session.

I strongly advise you to attend a one to one Pilates session prior to starting a class if you have not done Pilates before.

The classes are all mixed ability and matwork based. I teach exercises to improve your core strength throughout your body and also to improve your flexibility. I also look at improving your posture and incorporating breathing exercises for relaxation. The classes are fun and interactive.

I use small equipment such as soft balls, spikey balls, foam rollers and therabands.

The exercises are taught with modifications so I can help you to do the exercise at the level that is right for you.
