Online Pilates Classes

When the Covid Pandemic hit in March 2020, my Pilates classes stopped along with everything else we knew. Then everyone started talking about zoom, I had never heard of zoom but quickly got my head around using it to deliver Pilates classes. I was very fortunate that the majority of my Pilates clients were happy to give this version of Pilates a go. I now live stream some of my classes so you have the choice of joining Online or in person.
